This spicy tomato sauce is also quick to cook up! Fry the onions in the chorizo oil, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Add the tomatoes, oregano, paprika, seasoning and and tomato puree. Whilst the pasta is cooking add the fresh chopped tomato to the sauce.

Instructions to make Spaghetti with chorizo tomato sauce:
  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. In a pan, heat a tbsp cooking oil. Add the sliced chorizo. Stir fry it for 4 minutes until a bit darker red.
  3. Add chopped onion. Stir fry it for 2 minutes until the aroma is out and onions are cooked well.
  4. Add the sliced olives and capern, stir fry for 1 minute. All together.
  5. Add the tomato sauce/puree. Add 100 ml water to make the sauce a bit thinner.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Make a taste
  7. Cook for 2 minutes and set it aside.
  8. On a pot, bring water to boil to cook the pasta. Add salt in the water and add in the pasta after water boils. Cook the pasta until well cooked for 7- 10 minutes depends on the pasta.
  9. Strain the pasta out. Place it in back to the pot.
  10. Place the pot on stove with lower heat. Pour in the mixture tomato sauce, mix it well with the pasta. Add 40 ml water, cook it for 1 minute until the pasta is covered with the sauce. Garnish the pasta with chopped basil.
  11. Transfer it out on the plate, enjoy it. Add some grated parmesan.

Drain the pasta and transfer back into the pan to join the sauce. Coat the pasta well and serve with grated Parmesan cheese. And this Creamy Tomato Chicken and Chorizo Pasta is a family favorite! Mostly because it is packed full of flavor!!! The key is a good Chorizo sausage.
