  7. Near the end of cooking, heat a pan with a little bit of butter on a medium heat. Once hot, add the Gnocchi and brown it.
  8. Once browned, remove the pot from the oven, tip in the Gnocchi and mix well. If it looked watery, reduce a little over a high heat before adding the Gnocchi.

Preheat skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add sausage, breaking it into little pieces, and cook until browned. Add Swiss Chard and toss to wilt. In a large skillet cook sausage slices, pepper, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until sausage is brown and vegetables are tender. Add gnocchi, tomatoes, arugula, and reserved liquid to skillet.
