  1. Put the frozen raspberries,bananas and orange juice in the Nutri Ninja blender or Tefal blender bit (other Blenders are available) and then blitz for the full 60 seconds if you have a Nutri Ninja Blender.
  2. With more space left in the blender - you can now add the yoghurt and then blitz for a further 30 seconds - it's done - enjoy.
