  4. You can make butter milk at home by adding a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice to milk.
  5. Add your butter milk and whisk well, add flour in small bits incorporate it well using a spatula.
  6. Add your carrots and incorporate them fully.
  7. Pour the batter in your already greased baking tin. Add some rasings randomly.
  8. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in 180 degrees preheated oven. Always good to preheat your oven to desired degrees.
  9. To check if its fully cooked insert a knife and if it comes out clean voila your cake is ready
