  7. Then pour the bircabonate of soda, mixed spice, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
  8. Mix the dough by folding slowly but meat
  9. Once mixed then grease you loaf pans with margarine and sprinkle flour then pour the dough and bake once baked use a tooth pick to check that the cake is baked then remove and place it aside to.
