  2. Sift the maida, baking powder,baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl.Mix gently. Set aside.
  3. Add sugar with oil and vanilla essence. Mix until sugar dissolves completly.set aside.
  4. Add milk and vinegar in a separate bowl and leave for 5 to 10 mins until the milk curdles…..
  5. Mix all the wet ingredients together.
  6. Now gently fold in the dry ingredients in batches until well combined. Don't overmix.
  7. Put the batter in cake pan and bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
