Steps to make Carrot Cake:
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 mints.
- Grease & flour a cake mould.
- Beats eggs, sugar, oil,vanilla essence in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl mix flour,baking powder, baking soda,cinnamon powder.
- Add dry flour mixture to egg mixture.Stir in grated carrots & mix well.
- Pour the batter into prepared cake tin.
- Sprinkle the dry fruits in it & bake the batter in preheated oven for 25 mints at 180 degree centigrade.
- Cool the cake in pan & then remove the delicious carrot cake from the mould.
- Transfer it to a serving plate.
- Made carrot Halwa with grated carrot, milk,milk powder & sugar.
- Now I made a cookpad logo on the carrot cake with carrot/ Gajar Halwa, icing sugar & chocolate sauce (mixed it with coco powder & melted cadberry chocolate).
- Serve the delicious & healthy carrot cake.
