- Prepare 2 tsp fresh malai
- Prepare 1 cup milk
- Prepare Handful coriander leaves cleaned and washed and chopped

- Mix grated cauliflower and potatoes
- Add all ingredients a mix well
- And set in a tray and keep in fridge for 10min
- After 10 min bring tray and cut into sticks
- Now roll in rice flour
- And deep fry them
- In pan add oil add dry spices and saute add onion paste and saute add ginger garlic paste and saute
- Add dry masala and saute with little water Now add milk
- Add malai
