  2. Fold milk using the steam wand of your espresso machine, heating to 65°C (150°F).
  3. Pour the heated milk into a mug.
  4. Pour the espresso shot into the milk.
  5. Add sugar to taste.

I went there for breakfast and it was fast and very yummy. You can order some simple stuff like eggs, pancakes, etc. If you get orange juice it's fresh squeezed! I like this place for breakfast because you don't see all the oil like other. Our dark, rich espresso balanced with steamed milk and a light layer of foam.
