- For brownie method: Take a bowl melt chocolate and butter then take all-purpose flour(maida) powdered sugar, baking powder sieve in melted chocolate and mix then slowly put milk and keep on mixing then put walnuts.
- Please see that it's been mixed properly no lumps formed.
- It should not be very thin batter because for a brownie it's should be a little thick consistency.
- Then grease the bowl with oil pour the batter in that and garnish with some walnuts.
- Take cooker to remove gasket and whistle in that cooker put salt and stand let it heat with a close lid for approx 15mins than open and keep the bowl inside and let it bake at least for 20mins then after 20mins open and see whether it's done or not if not them again close and let it bake for another 20mins then open and see with toothpick or folk.
- See that the flame should be on medium when it's done remove from the cooker and let it settle down remove the brownie on the plate and cut the pieces.

- Then for creamy vanilla ice cream: Take a pan put 1cup milk put cornflour and then switch on the gas dont do it before because it can form lumps so after mixing properly switch on the gas keep on stirring..stir it till it becomes thick then add sugar again stir and cook it for another 5-7mins.
- Switch off the flame and cool down.
- Then take the mixie put 1cup fresh cream and this milk consistency adding vanilla essence and blend it see the bubbles should form upside.
- Then take tin pour the batter in on top of it aluminum foil and cover the lid let it be freeze at least for 8hrs then remove the ice cream. Ice cream is done.
- Then take fresh cream in a small utensil keep it on the gas with the slow flame let it boil fr 5mins then switch off the gas put the dark compound 5pieces in that fresh cream and stir it properly Chocolate sauce is ready.
- Then take sizzlers plate heat it wit some butter put off the flame put brownie vanilla ice cream scoop and chocolate sauce for sizzling
- Hot chocolate browny is ready to eat.
