Classic traditional chili is one of my very favorite recipes to make. It is a dump and go kind of chili and uses only one pot to make. This is my mother's recipe that she has perfected over the years. She has won many a chili competitions with it.

  1. Heat Olive oil and start Browning hamburger in separate pan
  2. I use a mini chopper but you can chop up the vegetables and start Browning them in olive oil. Add white wine and continue to brown Drain hamburger.
  3. Add tomato sauce, paste and I always fill cans with water and add to it to stretch it in pan with vegetables then add in hamburger
  4. This is your choice to add in whatever spices to taste. Add in your can of kidney beans and beef broth
  5. Simmer for about an hour and enjoy
