  2. Cut chicken into cubes or strips. Heat oil in a pan.add the chicken breasts then sprinkle some black pepper. Stir and cook for about 20mins.add the prepared teriyaki sauce,stir well and cook on low heat till the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Serve with white rice. Enjoy!

Chicken and Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients and Substitutes. Chicken thighs will work great too, just cook a little longer. Olive oil: Vegetable oil can be used here as well. Honey: If you don't have this you can use more brown sugar. When the oil is hot, brown the chicken thighs well on both sides and set them to the side.
