  1. In a big bowl put all the ingredients like cooked moong sprouts, boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped ginger and green chillies, chopped coriander, chopped cashews, pav bhaji masala, amchur powder and salt
  2. Mix all of them well with a spoon, by crushing the moong sprouts too with a spoon, the topping mixture is ready
  3. Take a bread slice and apply tomato chilli sauce on one side
  4. Then spread the ready mixture on the side, on which the sauce was applied, spread it nicely by pressing it a little, so that the mixture sticks to the bread nicely
  5. Then sprinkle white sesame seeds all over on the top portion
  6. Then heat a pan and place the ready bread in the pan, the side with the topping should be downward, pour some olive oil on the sides and roast on low heat until becomes light brown
  7. When it becomes light brown from the bottom then flip it to the other side and let it roast from the other side too, until becomes light brown and crispy
  8. In the same way make all the bread slices, when they are done, then cut them into sticks, garnish with green chutney and red garlic tomato chutney
