  3. Combine eggs, sugar, evaporated milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk it using hand held mixer or whisker.
  4. Pour the squash's flesh and mix it untill​well combined
  5. Pour the batter into pie crust and bake for 45-60 minutes. Wait until it cooled down. And serve it with whipped cream or vanilla sauce.
