  4. Add cooked palak and mix well, then add cooked rice and salt, mix well and roast on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes, pulao is ready
  5. In a mixing bowl put curd, then add salt, sugar, kala namak, jeera powder and dried mint powder, mix nicely, raita is ready
  6. Now for serving decorated a platter with cabbage leaves, capsicum cups, sliced cucumber and green chillies, then take out the pulao in cabbage leaves and raita in capsicum cups, garnish with coriander leaves, enjoy
