  2. Get 2 cup Cooked potatoes

  13. Get 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a pan, crakle mustard seeds. Add termeric onions, tomato, ginger and garlic. Saute well till they become soft. Add mashed potatoes, salt, pav bhaji masala, tomato puree and red chillipowder and mix well. Add water if required. Boil and turn off gas. Pav bhaji is ready. Butter roast pavs. On tawa and serve with bhaji.
  2. Take a serving tray put pav and bhaji with butter loaded with chopped onions and lemon as shown in picture.
  3. Pav bhaji is ready to eat.
