- Take potatoes, wash them peel of their skin and cut into small pieces.
- Now heat a kadai, pour of oil add few mustard seeds, onion chopped and green chilli to them. Saute them well for 2 minutes. Add needed salt and potatoes to it.
- Roast the potatoes for 10 minutes in medium flame. After 10 minutes add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, 2 teaspoon ghee and mix them well. Saute them for a minute.
- Finally add cooked rice to the potatoes. Stir them well such that the masala is well combined with the rice.
- After 2 minutes sprinkle some coriander leaves and turn off the stove. Hot potato pulao is ready to serve now. You too try it and enjoy with your family members.
