- In a mixing bowl combine ataa, kasoorimethi, oil and salt, mix well with your fingers, then by adding water little by little, knead a smooth dough. Make balks from the dough, roll them and roast them on tawa to make paranthas, keep them in a casserole
- Prepare the kebabs, heat oil in a pan and saute ginger green chilies and garlic paste, then add onion and cook for 2 minutes, then add chopped palak and cook until the moisture evaporates.
