Steps to make Chilli paneer sizzler:
- For fried rice heat the pan add oil & cook the veggies for 5 min the. Add spices, sauces, then rice, mix it well & cook it well.
- Now fry the lotus stem, finger chips, lady finger (first make by putting spices in between the lady finger& coated with Cornflour).
- Fry the chaap as coated with Cornflour & spices & shallow fry paneer pieces also coated with Cornflour
- Now make chilli paneer gravy by heating pan add oil, garlic, ginger, chillies once they cooked add onion & sauté them
- Now add sauces & spices, sugar & cook it well for 10 mins at last add water, when it come to boil add cornflour mix with water, cook it till it get thick.
- Now heat the sizzler plate grease butter & start placing the items.
