  1. At first Boil green peas for 5,6 minutes.Let it cool and then transfer in a grinder and coarsely grind green peas.
  2. Heat half amount of ghee in a non-stick pan. Add almonds, cashewnuts and pistachios and sauté for about 1 minutes.now add coconut and saute little.
  3. Now in a same pan Add remaining ghee.now add gram flour and sauté for 2,3 minutes keep flame low. Add green peas and sauté on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add khoya and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add sugar and mix well,Add green cardamom powder and mix well. - Cook for 4,5 minutes or till this mixture becomes little thik. Now switch off the heat.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with some dryfruits,and coconut and serve hot.
