  2. Take 1 small plate urad dal without peeled

Steps to make Idli:
  1. Method: - Soak rice, lentils and fenugreek in separate plates for 8 hours. After 8 hours, grind all with a mixer and prepare a batter. The batter should not be too thick or too thin. Put all the batter in a big pot and mix it. Keep the mixed batter in a warm place for 10-15 hours. If it is cold season, keep the pot of batter wrapped in a towel. This gives heat to the batter.
  2. After 15 hours, add salt to the batter and mix well. - To make idli, put water in an idli vessel and keep it warm. Apply oil to the idli mold. Pour 2 tablespoons oil in a small plate.
  3. Add baking soda to the oil. And mix it. - Pour the oil containing baking soda into the batter. And mix the batter lightly with the help of a spoon. - Add batter to idli mold. And keep this batter in the idli vessel while heating it. And cook in about 10-15 minutes of medium gas. - Remove idli after 15 minutes. And sambar, serve with chutney. - Thank you
