- Get 1/4 cup jowar flour
- Take 1/4 cup Bajari flou
- Get 1/4 cup Nachani flour
- Take 1/4 cup wheat flour

- Take Mango Ras
- Make ready 2 cup ripened mango pulp
- Prepare 4 tbs sugar
- Prepare 1 pinch salt
- Get 1/4 cup fresh cream
- Make ready Boiled White Rice
- Get 1/2 cup Raw rice
- Prepare 1.5 cup water
- Get Salt as per taste
- Prepare 1 tsp Ghee for garnishing
Steps to make Veg Thali:
- Jackfruit curry: keep a small cooker on medium flame add oil add mustard and jeera seeds add paste and mix well. Add dry spices add jackfruit pieces and salt mix well. Add boiled water for gravy and take only 1 whistles and switch off the flame. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Daal Tadaka: Take a bowl and add cooked daal make it soft add little water and salt. Keep a Tadaka pan on medium flame add oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, chillie powder and switch off the flame spread the tadaka on daal and mix well. Daal is ready to serve.
- Cucumber Raita: Take a bowl add curd and whisk well add chopped cucumber, salt, jeera powder and mix well. Cucumber Raita is ready garnish with chillie powder.
- Mix Flour Bhakari: take a bowl add all flour and salt mix well and knead a soft dough by adding water. Keep a tawa on medium flame. Roll thin bhakari snd roast from both sides and Bhakari is ready to serve hot.
- Mango Ras: Take mango pulp in a bowl add all ingredients and whisk till it turns smooth and soft manho ras is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for some time and serve chilled.
- Rice: wash rice 2-3 times before cooking and cook in cooker by adding 1:3 water for soft rice and take 3 whistles. Rice us ready to serve hot with ghee.
- Thali: Take a big serving plate. Keep Bhakari with butter, hot rice with ghee. Serve all dishes one by one in separate bowls. Keep onion salad, lemon, fresh homemade mango pickle.
