  2. Mix wheat flour, ghee and salt.
  3. Now add water and make a dough (it should not be too hard or too soft)
  4. Now divide the dough into 10 to 12 equal parts and make balls.
  5. Slightly press the balls to give the litti a proper shape and keep all the litties on a microwave rack.
  6. Put the rack in microwave.
  7. Now cook the litties at 180 degree temperature for 15 to 20 mins.
  8. Turn the litties in between so that it will cook from both sides
  9. Cook till it will turn slightly brown.
  10. For chokha-
  11. Boil the potatoes and peel it.
  12. Roast the brinjal and tomatoes and peel it.
  13. Mash all these three together.
  14. Add chilli and garlic paste.
  15. Add salt and mix all the ingredients properly.
  16. Now take mustard oil in a pan.
  17. Heat it properly add chopped onions and fry for 2 min.(onion should not be fully cooked). Now add whole paste to it and fry for 2 min.
  18. The chokha is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  19. Surve litti chokha with daal.
