Instructions to make Bafauri:
  1. Soak Chana Dal and all other Dals separately in water for at least for 4 hrs.
  2. Drain and grind Dals along with ginger, garlic, green chilli, heeng using no water to a coarse paste.
  3. Transfer to a big bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, chopped onion, coriander leaves. Combine everything. Add 2 pinches of soda too, mix well to form a thick mixture.
  4. Prepare the Steamer & grease the button idli tray or a plate with oil. Drop small balls of this mixture using spoon or hand into holes.
  5. Steam for 15-20 mins or till fork comes out clean.
  6. Enjoy Hot with green chutney!
