  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  22. Prepare For vegetable –
  23. Take 2 tbsp oil
  24. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  25. Take 2 potatoes..Cut into square
  26. Prepare 2 tomatoes..Finely chopped
  27. Prepare 3-4 onion small sized(don't cut the onion Just mark them with the help of knife)
  28. Prepare 2 apple gourd cut into 4 -6 pieces
  29. Prepare 5-6 lady finger (Cut into two halves or cut into center)
  30. Take to taste Salt
  31. Take as needed you can add more seasonal veggies like carrot etc

  1. First add all Garlic masala ingredients in a mixer jar..Grind and keep aside.
  2. Now add all ingredients of wheat flour dough in a big bowl… And mix well…Add half mixture of garlic masala..And knead a semi stiff dough using required water.(add water carefully because lauki leaves it's water too.)
  3. Take a portion from dough..First make it round..And then give it a shape of muthiya…Make all muthiya similarly.
  4. Heat a steamer.. Arrange all muthiya..Over a plate and cover it…And cook for 20 -25 min..In steam.
  5. Meanwhile in a pressure cooker add 2 tbsp oil..When heats..Add cumin seeds.When they cracks..Add remaining half garlic masala.Stir.And fry for half a min.On low to medium flame.Then add chopped tomatoes.Saute.And cook till they gets soft…Add cut veggies..(don't add onion and lady fingers.They will get a soft quickly.)
  6. Cook the veggies on low flame till they soft.Add lillte water in the mean time.
  7. Add onion and lady fingers..Along with required water and cook for 1 whistle.
  8. After opening the lid add fresh chopped coriander.
  9. Take cooked muthiya and veggies in a serving plate.Pour ghee on muthiya.
  10. Yummy and tasty Muthiya with Masala veggies ready to serve.Serve hot.Can be served with curd too.
