- Wash aamle and let it dry well.Clean the aamle with dry cloth and cut it into small pieces.
- Put mustard oil in a pan and Heat up the oil at low flame for ½ minute.
- Add all dry masalas mentioned above and roast it slightly for 1 or ½ minute at low flame.
- Add pieces of aamla in the pan and salt also.
- Heat up aamla at low flame for 3-5 minutes.
- Now your Aamla pickle is ready.
