  1. Take 100 gm Aamle
  2. Make ready 3 tbs mustard oil
  3. Prepare 1/2 tbsp salt
  4. Get 1/2 tbsp dry methi daana
  5. Take 1 tbsp crushed dry coriander
  6. Prepare 1 tsp fennel seeds
  7. Get 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

Instructions to make Aamla Pickle (seasonal):
  1. Wash aamle and let it dry well.Clean the aamle with dry cloth and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Put mustard oil in a pan and Heat up the oil at low flame for ½ minute.
  3. Add all dry masalas mentioned above and roast it slightly for 1 or ½ minute at low flame.
  4. Add pieces of aamla in the pan and salt also.
  5. Heat up aamla at low flame for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Now your Aamla pickle is ready.
