Watermelon Sorbet is one of the most favored of recent trending foods in the world. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. Watermelon Sorbet is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

Place watermelon and lime juice in a food processor; process until smooth. Set a sieve over a large bowl and press the puree through to remove tiny seeds. In a blender or food processor, process the watermelon in batches until pureed.

The ingredients needed to make Watermelon Sorbet:
  1. Get 1/2 watermelon (approx weight 2 kg.)
  2. Take 1 Lemon Juice(small)
  3. Make ready 1/2 Zest of lemon
  4. Take 2 tbsp honey
  5. Prepare 4-5 mint leaf

Cut up the watermelon and remove all seeds. Puree in a blender or food processor. Freeze in an ice-cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pack into an airtight container and store in the freezer.

Instructions to make Watermelon Sorbet:
  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes & freeze it overnight. Try to de-seed as much as possible.
  2. Next, in a grinding jar put the frozen melon pieces and start adding the rest of the ingredients (lemon zest, lemon juice, honey & chopped mint leaf).
  3. Now grind the whole thing into smooth paste (Works better with food processor) and store it in a container well and keep in freezer for couple of hours.
  4. Now serve the sorbet using ice-cream scoop & it's ready to freshen you up.

This watermelon sorbet is free from processed ingredients and refined sugar, which instantly makes it healthier than any other sorbet or ice cream you'll find in the stores. Cut a small watermelon into small chunks (discarding the rind), and freeze them. In the bowl of a large food processor, combine the frozen watermelon and lime juice, and process briefly to break it down. Add maple syrup, one tablespoon at a time, and process again, until the watermelon sorbet tastes as sweet as you want it to. Whisk watermelon, lime juice and syrup together in a large bowl.
