- Take 100 gm Rice
- Make ready 40 gm Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow & Green)

- Make ready 2 tsp Vinegar
- Take 5 gm Corn Flour

- Take a Pan, Boil water, then add rice and 1 star anise and boil it for around 15 minutes, till the rice is cook evenly and drain off the excess water
- Heat a Pan, add oil, add finely chopped ginger and garlic, once it is light brown, add all the chopped vegetables
- Add soy sauce, add the corn flour slime (take 5g Corn flour and 2 TBSP water and mix it untill the lumps are removed) in a pan and add salt and pepper to taste, add 1 slitted Green chilli and saute the vegetables in High Flame
- Cook in for 2 minutes. Serve hot in a plate and garnish with spring onions.
