  3. Stir then add the remaining spices that is black pepper, cumin, oregano, chicken cube, tomato paste, vinegar and bay leaf except sugar and garlic.
  4. Let the mixture simmer for another 30 mins then add mashed garlic and sugar to balance the acidity.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes then serve with white rice. Enjoy.
