- First of all sieve refined four, wheat flour by adding baking powder, baking soda and salt then add cinnamon powder, dry ginger powder and powder sugar

- Divide the batter into 3 portions.Add green food colour in a small portion of batter and add black food colour in small portion of batter,add orange food colour in the rest of the batter
- Grease the waffle maker or griller with a little bit of butter
- Firstly put some green batter as header on the griller then make 2 eyes, nose and mouth with black batter. Pour orange batter over it and bake for 5 minutes or till the waffle get golden brown colour
- Take out the waffle from waffle maker
