The ingredients needed to make Prawn Sambal:
  1. Take Prawn (skinned & cleaned) 500grm
  2. Prepare Potato 2 - diced & fried
  3. Get Garlic Ginger paste
  4. Make ready Onion 2 - sliced
  5. Get Tomato 1 - sliced
  6. Prepare Dry chilli - blended
  7. Take 3 tbspn Oil
  8. Get to taste Salt
  9. Make ready to taste Sugar
Steps to make Prawn Sambal:
  1. Add oil in a wok/pan. Add onion. Fry until it turn glassy. Add garlic ginger paste. Cook until oil breaks. Add dry chilli paste. Cook until oil breaks.
  2. Add prawns. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. Add salt, sugar tomato and fried potato. Stir and mix well. Cook until the gravy thickens (5 to 15min)
  3. This dish can be served with rice.
