To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have smoothie using 2 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Smoothie:
  1. Take Mala/ Natural Yoghurt
  2. Prepare Frozen fruits (grapes, pineapples, bananas), Carrots
Instructions to make Smoothie:
  1. Chop your fruits into bite-sizes and freeze overnight.
  2. Add the frozen fruits to a blender and pulse 3 times. Add the mala and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
