- In a pan add oil and add ginger garlic paste, now add all chopped vegetables,tomato sauce,chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and all spices.mix well and cook on high flame. add boiled noodles.mix well let it be cool.take spring roll sheets and place spoonful of prepared stuffing.
- Pull and fold over the corner tightly till it reaches half the sheet.fold over sides like a envelope leaving no air pockets.create crease and roll further. apply maida paste around the corners and seal the edges. - heat oil for deep fry. When hot,drop the rolls and fry till golden and crisp. Remove on absorb paper. Cut into pieces. serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
