Steps to make Chinese Veg Spring Rolls:
  1. Firstly take the mixing bowl add sieved maida, grinded semolina powder, baking soda, oil and salt mix well together.
  2. Then add water little by little and knead the smooth dough and cover with wet cloth now rest for 10 minutes.
  3. After this take the dough and make small size balls. Now roll like equal size small puri.
  4. Next take 2 puris apply little oil and sprinkle some dust flour on 1 puri. Then put another puri on it.
  5. After roll it thin sheet like chapati. Repeat this process to all and keep aside.
  6. Further heat the tawa and place the rolling sheet on tawa. Roast both sides. Do not over roast. It should be soft layers. then immediately remove from heat.
  7. Next divide into 2 parts its easily comes. Make this process to remaining all rolled sheets.
  8. For stuffing :- heat the pan add all veggies one by one stir well.
  9. Next add black pepper powder and salt mix well. after add tomato and soya sauce Saute well together.
  10. Veggies should be crunchy do not over cook. Off the flame and cool them completely.
  11. For greasing Paste :- in a bowl add 1 tbsp of cornflour and maida add required water then make a thick paste or slurry without lumps.and keep aside.
  12. For Rolls :- Now take 1 spring sheet put the fried veggies mixture on one side of sheet.then apply the maida paste to sheet edges and fold the sheet in equal portion up to middle next tightly roll it.repeat this method until remaining sheets.
  13. Further more heat the oil and once the oil heat sufficiently put the spring rolls and fry them both sides until they becomes crispy and golden brown colour. Remove it to plate.
  14. Finally Chinese veg Spring Roll is ready. Serve with chutney, sauce or as your wish.
