Instructions to make Whole Wheat Spring Roll (Veg):
  1. First prepare the filling in a pan add olive oil then grated Ginger and garlic and your vegetables, saute it add little vinegar, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Mix everything and take it out from pan.
  2. In a bowl make a slurry of whole wheat flour suji salt and water. The batter should be runny. And keep it for 5 mins rest.
  3. In a non-stick pan add 1-2 drops of oil spread with a kitchen tissue and with help of a cooking brush spread the batter over the pan wait 10 secs max the, once the cover gets cooked it will naturally leave the pan, with a spatula remove it and keed covered with a cloth so it won't get dried.
  4. Now place some amount of filling in the prepared whole wheat Spring roll sheet and fold it securing it with some wheat and water paste.
  5. Now fry the rolls. I have shallow fried them, you can deep fry also.
  6. Whole wheat Spring rolls are ready. Serve with sweet chilli sauce or any of your favourite sauce.
