  1. Wash and drain the mince well. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Keep the heat on a low. Saute onion and ginger plus garlic at first. Add the spices next along with the mince. Mix well. Cover and cook on a medium-high heat until all the water from the meat gets evaporated.
