  1. Prepare 12 Manda strips as your required
  2. Get 3/4 cup Boiled chicken
  3. Take 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
  4. Make ready 1 Cabbage fine cutting
  5. Take 1/2 cut Spring onion
  6. Take 1 Egg beat
  7. Get 1 cup onion chopped
  8. Take 1 tbsp Zeera crushed
  9. Get 1 tbsp Coriander crushed
  10. Prepare Red chilli flakes
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Make ready Oil for frying
  13. Get 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions to make Chinese Spring Rolls:
  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a wok and lightly fry the ginger and garlic paste and add chicken and chope onion stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage, spring onion, salt,coriander crushed, zeera crused,red chilli flacks, - Cook for another 3 minutes and take off flame.
  3. Now take the manda strips one by one,put the prepared mixture on each,roll the strips and then seal the edges with egg.
  4. Heat oil in a wok and put the Rolls in it one by one.
  5. Fry till the Rolls get golden, and serve hot.
