  14. Take 2 tbsp mustard oil

Steps to make Tandoori Paneer Tikka:
  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan,add carom seeds,saute for 10 seconds.Add besan and roast for 1 minute.Add turmeric powder.Mix well.Keep aside.
  2. Cut paneer and veggies into cubes.Keep aside.
  3. Put curd in a bowl.Add all the remaining spices,besan mix and salt.Blend well.
  4. Add all veggies and paneer cubes.Mix gently.
  5. Arrange paneer and veggies cubes in skewers.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan,grease with a little oil/butter.Arrange skewers on pan and grill for 6-8 minutes.
  7. Turn the skewers in between and brush with butter also.Grill till golden.
  8. Put skewers above open flame of stove for few seconds to give the tikkas a tandoori effect.
  9. Serve with salad/sauces/dips.
