  2. Fry chicken pieces till golden brown and transfer to a plate.
  3. In the same pan, fry onions till translucent. Add garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add chilli powder and chicken seasoning and fry for a further minute.
  5. Add tomatoes and mix well.
  6. Add the chicken pieces, sliced peppers and stock. Place in oven for 30 mins.
  7. Serve with, steamed rice, butternut and broccoli.
