  1. Take a bowl, add plain flour, salt, cumin and mix well - Then add egg and Ghee mix it and water as you required and knead it well (dough should not be soft) and cover with lid and rest it.
  2. In wok add oil, cumin seeds, onion and mix until translucent. - Add chicken, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well. - Add green onion, coriander, green chilies, mix well ant let it cool.
  3. Now make small balls of the dough and then take a ball and rolling it and cut it into 4 pieces(vertically) and then place some chicken stuffing at one piece other piece place on it. and bind it with flour paste(add some water into plain flour and mix it) - Follow this and make all.
  4. Now take a karahi and add oil and preheated it normally not too hot. - After that deep fry them until they becomes into golden brown colour.
