- Take a bowl, add plain flour, salt, cumin and mix well - Then add egg and Ghee mix it and water as you required and knead it well (dough should not be soft) and cover with lid and rest it.
- In wok add oil, cumin seeds, onion and mix until translucent. - Add chicken, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well. - Add green onion, coriander, green chilies, mix well ant let it cool.
- Now make small balls of the dough and then take a ball and rolling it and cut it into 4 pieces(vertically) and then place some chicken stuffing at one piece other piece place on it. and bind it with flour paste(add some water into plain flour and mix it) - Follow this and make all.
- Now take a karahi and add oil and preheated it normally not too hot. - After that deep fry them until they becomes into golden brown colour.
