  1. Cut your chicken into pieces, wash it clean, add the msherekha/vinegar and put the pieces to boil to tender (about 20 minutes on medium heat)
  2. Grind your ginger and garlic together
  3. When the chicken is boiled to tender, remove it from heat and mix it with the ginger, garlic, salt and tomato paste.
  4. Allow it to settle for close to 15minutes in order for it to marinate well.
  5. Mix the pieces well and put them on a baking tray one by one.
  6. Heat oven and grill your chicken under 180 degrees heat for close to 45 minutes
