  1. Add bones to crockpot and fill half full with water. Add ACV and turn crock pot to high and simmer for one hour.
  2. Add all the vegetables and fill with water to rim if needed. Turn crockpot to low and simmer for 36 hours.
  3. Turn off crockpot and stain bone broth then store in refrigerator to up to two days or in storage containers in freezer if not needed right away.
  4. Add more water to pot to make another batch with same bones and vegetables and simmer another 36 hours. Second batch won't be as dark and rich but still is wonderful to add to soups or ramen.
